I am tired of wearing nice clothes and having an inconsiderate smoker blow their nasty stench while I am on an escalator, moving sidewalk, or in another common area. Here is a suggestion: Since cigarette smokers are in the minority, make the top floor smoking, and the bottom three non smoking.
I have pressed the service button to ask for someone to clean up an area where there are old coffee cups, soda cups, and overflowing ashtrays piled up and it is obvious that no one has checked the area for quite sometime. My husband and I are nonsmokers but will play on the smoking floors during less busy times, especially in the back of the second floor, where is well ventilated and the smoke is not so much of a problem. The casino areas are very dirty at times and the ashtrays overflow. Some employees are very friendly and some act like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders when you ask for assistance. My husband and I have been visiting here several times a month for several years now, and we have seen a rapid decline in many areas over the past few months.
